The order is planned to be shipped within 3-10 days after your payment.  with the exception of pre-sale products.   Please be known that we do not process orders or shipping on weekends or holidays.
Please try to fill in your information as completely as possible, including your address, postal code, and phone number.  Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct.      If you need to change the address, please don't hesitate to contact us before the package ships out.      We will help you contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for transportation, but we are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide or caused by the shipping carrier during transportation.
Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
