Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock products are planned to be shipped within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process orders or shipments on weekends or holidays.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-order products have different estimated shipping schedules. Please refer to the relevant product page for the latest estimated shipping timeline. For iRe5 Gen 2 pre-order products, the estimated shipping time is 30–85 days after ordering.
Shipping Information
Please provide complete and accurate shipping information, including your address, postal code, and phone number. If you need to change your address, contact us before your package ships. We will help you contact the shipping carrier responsible for transportation, but we are not responsible for package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer or by the shipping carrier during transportation.
Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available for most countries worldwide, except for the following destinations:
- Qatar and Kazakhstan: a flat shipping fee of $40 USD applies.
- African countries and regions: a flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies.
Estimated Delivery Time
The following delivery time is provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
- United States: 5–9 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict the exact amount of duties or taxes because they vary by country and order value. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
